The Rules:

2. I do not charge Paypal fees.
3. Shipping starts at $4.00 which includes new bubble wrap envelopes and delivery confirmation. Higher shipping costs may be incurred depending on size/weight of item, which will be listed below.
4. US to US shipping only at this time.
5. No returns/refunds.  All sales are final. Not responsible for the package once I've shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation/tracking.
